Aims and Objectives

Our aims and objectives are simple - to accelerate growth in our portfolio of businesses on a sustainable and ethical long term basis with no specific timeframe for exit. In doing so we aim to generate significant value in our portfolio companies whilst at the same time helping build exceptional management teams in those companies. People our philosophy on people is this - human talent is equally distributed around the globe; it’s geography that enables or disables that talent to thrive. Our job as investors is to provide the conditions - money, marketing, opportunity - the business geography if you will, to assist you and your people to succeed.
